Materials:

    • Connect the negative wire of the solar panel to the negative terminal of the breadboard.

    • Identify the banded end of the diode (cathode).
    • Insert the diode onto the breadboard with the banded end (cathode) connected to the positive output of the solar panel and the non-banded end (anode) to a new row on the breadboard.
